Born on December 27, 1990, Milos is a Canadian professional tennis player. He was born in Titograd, SR Montenegro, SFR Yugoslavia. However, he currently resides in Monte Carlo, Monaco. This Canadian Right-handed (two-handed backhand) turned pro in the year 2008.

Milos father is Dušan and holds a Ph.D.degree in electrical engineering. Milos’s mother is Vesna, she has degrees in mechanical and computer engineering, including a master’s. Milos has two siblings who are considerably elder to him. His sister is 11 years older while his brother is 9 years older. Milo’s sister Jelena, has a master’s degree in international trade and finance. While his brother Momir, has a degree in information technology and business. Raonic is known to speak fluently in Serbian and English. Due to political unrest, milos’s parents decided to move to Canada. When he was 3 years old, his family relocated itself to Ontario, Canada. Milos was first introduced to tennis when he was a little kid. This happened at the week-long tennis camp at the Bramalea Tennis Club in Brampton. There his coach Steve Gibson recognised his potential to be an exceptional player. In the year 2012, during his hip injury Milos established the Milos Raonic Foundation, which aims to “support children from disadvantaged backgrounds”.

Since 2014, Milos has been wearing a sleeve on his upper arm. Initially, he did it to hide a rash which happened with reaction to a massage cream. The sleeve has garnered much attention and even has a twitter account “Believe in Sleeve”.  Interestingly Serena Williams described the sleeve as “super cool and different.” His current ranking in the singles category is No. 11 and his career high has been No. 3 (21 November 2016).
